This free workshop is designed specifically for Murfreesboro runners tackling the Borodash. Don't wait until the day before to think about your race plan and prepare your body. We believe in a proactive approach to movement, and this session is your opportunity to prevent injury and maximize your performance.
Join Dr. Sam to dial in your race-day strategy. What you’ll learn and do:
Race-Ready Strength: Targeted muscle strengthening exercises that runners often miss, designed to improve performance and reduce your risk of injury on the course.
Strategic Warm-Up: The most effective approach and drills to properly prepare your body for the Borodash, ensuring you start the race strong and efficient.
Race Day Pacing: We'll wrap up with a 400-meter practice loop where you'll get immediate input on how to manage your pace and energy to master the Borodash.
The workshop is limited to 10 people to ensure you get personalized, expert guidance and have all your questions answered.
